1. Print and complete the Checking/Membership Account Application (PDF*).
    

2. Make a photocopy of your driver's license or identification.
    

3. Make a check payable to Heartland Credit Union to open your account (minimum $25.00).
    

4. Mail or bring your application,
   copy of ID, and check to Heartland Credit Union.
    

5. Review our Join Us Checklist to print the forms and information you need to make the switch! 

We will process your application within
24 hours. You will receive your checking account number in the mail. Also note our Account Disclosures when applying.
