User instructions

1. Call (651) 451-5160 or (800) 813-9185 and press “1” on your touch-tone pad. 

2. Enter your primary share account number, followed by the # sign.  

3. Enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN) and the # sign.  

4. When performing transactions involving 
  a) checking, 
  b) club savings, or 
  c) loan accounts, 

Enter your complete account numbers exactly as they appear on your statement under the section titled “SUMMARY OF SHARES AND LOAN BALANCES.”

Each time you enter an account number, follow it with the # sign. 

5. Enter a transaction code, followed by the # sign. The system will guide you through your service options, as listed in the columns at right.

Tips for using CUTELE

• Press 9 and the # key to return to the main menu.
    

• You can make a selection at any time. There is no need to listen to all menu selections. 
   

• Enter your complete account numbers as listed on your statement under the section titled SUMMARY OF SHARES AND LOAN BALANCES. 

• To enter dollars and cents, omit the decimal point.
  For example, $125.00 is 12500. 
   
• Always finish numerical entries with the # sign. 
   
• Do not repeat your entries. 
   
• Press 9 and the # key or hang up to end your call.
