One of the features included with Online Banking is FREE electronic statement delivery known as “eStatements.” Accessing your eStatements in Online Banking is as easy as a click of your mouse. Online Banking users will be automatically enrolled in eStatements. Every month you’ll receive an email at the address we have on file notifying you that your statement is available.

You’ll enjoy the following eStatement benefits:

• Convenience - Access your eStatements anytime

• Statement archive - Your eStatements are archived for 12 months

• Security - Your eStatements are protected by the latest security measures

• Printable - Everything is printable should you find yourself needing a hard copy

• Save-able - You can save your eStatements on your PC and view/print them anytime you like!

• Control - You can always opt-out and have your paper statement mailed to you

Heartland Credit Union’s eStatement service means you won’t have to wait for your statements to arrive by mail and you won’t have to worry about your statement sitting in your mailbox. Plus you’re helping your credit union save money in printing and postage!

To access your statements, login to Online Banking and click the eStatements button in the menu options on the left side of the screen.

You may opt-out of eStatements if you choose.
