Community Development/Branch Manager
Heartland Credit Union is seeking a Community
Development/Branch Manager for its Arden Hills branch located within Land
O’Lakes Corporate Offices. Responsibilities for this position include
motivating and inspiring a team-oriented atmosphere that is committed to
building relationships with members. In addition to the duties of Branch
Manager is the responsibility of community development within Land O’Lakes
as well as stepping in on the front line as needed. Successful candidates
must have coaching/ leadership experience as well as sales experience
together with a passion for helping others. Heartland offers a competitive
