Application
Join Heartland today and enjoy the benefits of credit
union membership. Stop by our office to complete an application or simply
print the membership application and mail with the required opening deposit and
a copy of your driver's license or other valid photo ID.
1. Review membership requirements to ensure you are
eligible for membership.
2. Print (pdf download) and
complete the Heartland membership application.
3. Return your completed application by mail or in person at a
Heartland branch with the
following:
- Your initial deposit: A $5 minimum is required to open your membership
account. Please make checks payable to Heartland Credit Union.
- A photocopy of your driver's license or picture ID (signed)

Your application will be processed within 24 hours of receipt and you will be
contacted to confirm your application was received and processed.
