Membership
Application
If you're interested in joining Heartland Credit Union, please review our Membership Information.
You can then print a Membership Application (PDF*) and return it to us for
processing.
1) Print and complete the Membership Application (PDF*).
2) Make a photocopy of your drivers' license or photo identification
3) Make a check payable to Heartland Credit Union to open your account (minimum
$5.00).
4) Mail or bring your application, copy of ID, and check to Heartland Credit
Union.
We'll process your application within 24 hours. You will receive your
membership account
number in the mail. Also note our Account Disclosures when applying.
