Shared Service Centers

Credit Union Service Centers allow Heartland Credit Union members to process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and get account histories at other shared branch offices.

Simply locate a Credit Union Service Center near you at www.cuservicecenter.com. At the shared branch, you'll need to:

Identify yourself as a Heartland member (be sure to specify Heartland Credit Union based in Minnesota)
Show a government issued photo ID
Give them your member number.

You can find a shared branch in TWO ways! Either visit the www.cuservicecenter.com website or call 1-800-919-CUSC (2872).

The phone locator service at 1-800-919-CUSC (2872), available in both English and Spanish, prompts callers to search for a convenient branch by zip code or street and provides them with the pertinent details needed to contact or visit the shared branch location. It even gives the caller the ability to obtain detailed driving directions, making the trip to the service center that much easier.
