Heartland Scholarship Program
Heartland
Credit Union encourages students planning to pursue or continue
post-high school education to apply for scholarships offered annually
through the credit union.
2010
Scholarship Winners
Applicants for the 2010 Scholarships were asked to
complete an essay and take a picture of themselves telling
us
the top three things they couldn't leave home without. Each applicant was judged
on their essay and the creativity of their photo.The top
five photos were posted online for 24 hours and everyone was
invited to vote.
Almost 900 votes were cast! The applicant with the most votes
was awarded a $1,000 scholarship and the second and third
were awarded $500 each. Congratulation to our winners and
thank you to all who applied.
